Trinidad and Tobago uses Atlantic Standard Time (UTC−4) throughout the year. The difference from your local time can change when your location observes daylight saving time. We agree an actual working schedule rather than promising a fixed overlap for every client.

Candidate location and availability depend on the role and search. Echelon’s Trinidad and Tobago base does not mean every candidate is located there. Discuss a geographic preference or required overlap with us at the start.

Fees, timelines, responsibilities and any additional services are confirmed in writing. Recruitment support does not automatically include employer-of-record, payroll or immigration services.
